Location
Situated in the historical resort town of Broadstairs in Kent, it is
ideally  located for the blue-flag beaches the area is renowned for, the  high-speed train link from London Kings Cross / St  Pancras (80 minutes) and the vibrant  town centre.
Being closer to France and Belgium than it is to the  county  town, Maidstone, it is an ideal rest stop on  your way either  to or from the continent. It is also ideally situated (12  miles) from the  iconic City of Canterbury.
